Benefits
Allegra did help to clear up my dust allergy a little bit. I still sneeze quite a lot but the itchiness in my throat has disappeared and I have a lot less mucus discharge. However, if I ever go into a really dusty environment, all my most horrible allergy symptoms come back in seconds, so I don’t think it’s truly effective, it just helps a little.
Side Effects
The side effects I’ve experienced have been quite nasty actually. I’ve noticed that I have increased nervousness. I’ve always been a nervous person but now even more so. Also, I found it quite difficult to sleep while taking the Allegra medication, and I’ve suffered from headaches and a noticeable “shakiness” at times. Really not nice at all.
