I am a frequent flyer (jet lag) and lifelong nighttime worker, so no wonder I have trouble sleeping! I’m not a big believer in Rx meds, prefer natural remedies. However, I do have a bottle of Ambien CR for traveling, especially for big time zone jumps, just in case. I only use it occasionally, which is why, I believe, it always works for me. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep for a solid 6-8 hours. I feel fresh, rested, and ready to go the next morning.
