Benefits
At first, I didn’t think Ambien drug worked. I took it and still could not fall asleep. Then, I realized you are not supposed to take it on a full stomach. When I followed the directions, I was out before my head hit the pillow! I only use it for it occasional insomnia and has worked each time.
Side Effects
One odd effect I should mention, my roommate tells me that she has seen me sleep walking. Another time she told me that I had a full discussion with her, during the night; I do not have any memory of any of this. This only happens after I have used Ambien the night before.
