This drug lowered my cholesterol level from 288 to 165 which is great but I started to have a lot of backache and muscle ache in a neck. I couldn't tolerate this pain so i had to take painkillers.My doctor suggested to stop taking lipitor. It's been 3 weeks since I stopped taking it and I feel much better. It didn't work for me. It lowered my cholesterol but gave me a lot of pain and suffering.
