Cialis does what it says. I take one as needed preferably on a less full stomach and it acts with in half an hour. Gives me a solid erection when sexually stimulated, which lasts for two to three days even with a single dose. I can now enjoy sex more frequently; this has not only improved the intimacy level with my wife but has also elevated my mood in general.
Side Effects
It would have been a wonder drug if it could just save me of the annoying headache and the terrible pain in lower back and thighs that make it difficult to go to sleep after taking Cialis meds.
