I’m a long term user of this drug, and as a narcoleptic I can say with assurance that this is the most helpful drug on the market. Before I found this, it was impossible for me to hold down a job, as I would fall asleep on duty 2, 3 times a day easily. Now, it rarely happens to me. I’m able to work or go out somewhere for the day, even ride a bike now, and not have to worry about what might happen to me if I should suddenly just fall asleep.

Over the years, probably the worst thing is the deterioration of my teeth. Dexedrine medication can really affect them over time. My gums are constantly bleeding and I’ve had to have several fillings in the last two years. Also, it really diminishes my appetite, and sometimes I have to force myself to eat.
