My little girl has been diagnosed with ADHD and after switching a number of medicines, we finally settled for Focalin. She is now doing better at school, can concentrate on the things we tell her and is very well organized in doing homework and other school assignments. Her behavior has also improved and her impulsiveness is under control. The best thing about Focalin is that it does not come with all those side effects that she experienced with previous drug regimens. She sleeps well and shows no signs of irritability.
Side Effects
She only complains of a mild headache sometimes, I am not clear if this is because of Focalin. Her appetite is also disturbed but not to the extent of losing weight.
