I have been taking Lorazepam pills for my anxiety and sleep disorder. It does help me sleep better at night compared to other sleep remedies that I used before. Apart from taking it as a sleeping aid, I also take an additional dose whenever I feel the anxiety setting in or before any expected stressful situation as it helps me to calm down, relax and avoid all kinds of stupid racing thoughts.
Side Effects
It makes me drowsy so whenever I take it before my dentist’s appointment I ask a friend to drive me to clinic. Sometimes it is hard to wake up in the morning and I don’t feel like doing any physical activity.
