Benefits
At first Modafinil medication greatly helped me with my narcolepsy. Slowly overtime my body grew accustomed to the drug and I felt constantly sleepy. I am now taking different medication. I don’t think this drug is a long term answer to narcolepsy, the effectiveness of this drug wanes over time.
Side Effects
When I was on Modafinil drug, I noticed my urine had a more rancid smell than usual and my jaw constantly felt tight. In addition, during my first week on the medication I had a headache almost everyday.
