Benefits
It has lowered my LDL and overall cholesterol. It was quick in action, the very first exam that I had after about four weeks of starting the med, showed a significant reduction in the overall blood cholesterol level. Then the LDL levels were not responding well so the dose was increased up to 40 mg instead of initial 20 mg daily. It proved effective in reducing the cholesterol further but the side effects got worse as well.
Side Effects
Pain in back and legs; I feel tired but still unable to go to sleep and suffer frequently from headaches. Due to persistent pain and lethargy I feel depressed now and have also become forget full.
